Your cleaner is on holiday, or even worse, has fallen ill at the last minute? Even in that case, you don’t have to do anything. We’ll find you an adequate replacement and will send you a Tiger who is just as reliable and will clean just as well as you’ve become accustomed to with your regular personal cleaning lady.
What else you should know: all of our employees have liability coverage through our partner, AXA Versicherungen AG. So in case an accident happens during one of our cleanings, we’ll assume responsibility and reimburse you for any damages incurred – up to an amount of €3,000,000. Just submit a damage report and we’ll take care of settling your claim as smoothly and hassle-free as possible.
