When your Tiger visits you for the first time, they’ll let you show them around and point out anything in particular that they need to know. Then they start cleaning, which proceeds as follows:

The cleaning is performed according to the 4-colour system, i.e. depending on how dirty an area is, your Tiger will use different colour cloths. That prevents germs, for example from the bathroom, spreading to other rooms. Electronic devices are damp-wiped, as are all types of wooden furniture. If you have any other chores you’d like to have taken care of, such as cleaning the fridge, of course we can also do that for you too.

Our services are completely insured and legal
It goes without saying that all our cleaners are registered employees and are fully insured. That’s a benefit to you, too. Thanks to insurance coverage by our partner, AXA Versicherung AG, damages caused by our employees up to an amount of €3,000,000 are covered. Of course, our Tigers are careful, but we all know that accidents happen. In that case, we’ll answer for any damages.
After every cleaning by one of our employees, we’ll send you a tax-compliant invoice. You can submit your invoices with your next tax return and get a rebate of up to 20 percent of the original cost for household-related services.
Our service doesn’t end with cleaning
After our cleaning help has tidied your apartment and made it shine again, our service isn’t over. In addition to your invoice, we’ll send you an email asking you to rate the cleaning service. Doing so gives us the opportunity to improve even more and pass on feedback to our employees.
