Every cleaner that applies to a job at BOOK A TIGER, has to pass a multistage selection process to make sure that they satisfy our high expectations. Based on the cleaner’s application or a first short conversation we decide which candidate is invited to a personal interview. There we get an idea of the person and it is not until she or he can convince us that a test cleaning is arranged. Only the cleaners and cleaning ladies that successfully passed all three stages of our selection process become part of our handpicked pool.
